Insurance & Payment Options

I believe therapy should be both meaningful and accessible. I am in-network with select major insurance plans and also offer private pay options.

In-Network Insurance Plans

For clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans I am not in-network with, private pay is available.

Private Pay Rate:
$200 first session
$175 subsequent 50 min sessions.

Some clients choose private pay for:

• Greater privacy

• More flexibility in treatment focus

• Insurance plans I am not contracted with

If requested, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Virtual Therapy in Washington

All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth. I work with women located anywhere in Washington State.

Telehealth allows you to:

• Access therapy from the comfort of home

• Maintain consistency even during busy seasons

• Fit therapy into your schedule more easily
